A named account manager
One person accountable for your results who understands your business, your seasonality and your margins. Not a ticket queue.
Everything an in-house digital team would do, staffed by people who do it across hundreds of accounts, at media rates that leave more of your budget in the auction.
What does Orbit Interactive do for direct clients?
For direct clients, Orbit Interactive acts as the complete outsourced digital marketing department: strategy, media planning, campaign build, creative production, optimisation and reporting across search, social, video, display and audio. Each account gets a named account manager and a dedicated ad operations team, with access to more than 180 ad products and a live daily dashboard.
Platforms available to you from day one
For years we sat behind broadcast sales teams. When people from those stations moved into marketing roles on the advertiser side, they came looking for the team, not the station. That became Orbit Direct, and it is now roughly half our business.
It also explains the pricing. We were built to serve media companies at wholesale, so our rates run substantially below what a broadcaster or full service shop typically charges for the same inventory. Clients tell us it is often close to half. That difference does not go into our margin, it goes into your media, which is the only part of the budget that can actually buy attention.
Direct works best for advertisers spending enough to justify multi-channel work but not enough to staff it: regional retail and franchise groups, multi-location service businesses, healthcare and legal practices, home services, automotive, e-commerce brands scaling past their first channel, and B2B companies whose sales cycle needs more than one touch. If you are running a single channel with a small budget, we will usually tell you a specialist is a better fit than us.
One person accountable for your results who understands your business, your seasonality and your margins. Not a ticket queue.
Pricing shaped by a decade of serving media companies. Typically about half what broadcasters charge for comparable inventory.
Whatever the plan needs, from Google Ads and Meta to Amazon DSP, streaming TV, podcast and voice, without adding another vendor.
Daily numbers across every channel, drillable to the keyword, creative or placement. Yours to open whenever you want.
Banners, video cuts, audio spots and landing pages produced in-house rather than quoted as separate projects.
Because we sell every channel, we have no reason to defend one. When something should be cut, we say so.
Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to know whether this is worth your time.
A strategist reads every submission. One business day, no drip sequence.
Straight answers to what prospects actually ask us before signing.
Most direct programs start around $2,500 per month in combined media and management. Management is quoted separately from media so you always know the split. Multi-channel programs for regional advertisers commonly run $5,000 to $25,000 per month total.
For comparable inventory, frequently yes, and it comes from how we buy rather than from cutting corners. We built the business selling wholesale to broadcasters, so we do not carry the retail markup a station or full service shop layers on top. We will show you the media cost and the management fee separately so you can verify the comparison yourself.
No. We ask for an initial 90 days because that is roughly how long it takes to gather enough data to optimise honestly, and after that it runs month to month. Your accounts, creative, tracking and data stay yours throughout.
One named account manager, backed by the ad operations, SEM, SEO and creative teams. You will meet the specialists on strategy calls too, but there is always a single person accountable for the account.
That is the most common setup. We can run everything, or take the channels your team does not have capacity for, and we are comfortable operating under your email domain and appearing as part of your department in meetings.
Week one is audit, access and tracking verification. Week two is strategy and build. Weeks three and four are staged launch with tight budget control while data accumulates. Your dashboard is live from the first day of spend, not at the end of the first month.
Send us your current campaigns. We will show you, line by line, where the waste is and what we would do differently. No pitch deck, no obligation.
